Scheduled Portal Maintenance
The Owner Portal will undergo brief scheduled maintenance overnight to improve payment processing speed. No action is required from property owners.
The ENGIS Owner Portal gives every registered property owner in Enugu State direct access to their land file, ground rent, applications, transfers, and statutory search requests — without a trip to the office.

The Enugu State Geographic Information System (ENGIS) exists to end the uncertainty and fraud that come with manual land records. Every plot, allocation, and title is captured on a single digital registry — giving owners, investors, and government agencies one trusted source of truth.
The Owner Portal extends that registry directly to property owners: your file, your bills, and your applications, tracked from wherever you are.

Owner-facing services built directly on top of your registered ENGIS land file.
View your digitized land file — Certificate of Occupancy, survey plan, and full property record — in one place.
Apply for a land allocation, verification registration, or transaction approval, and track its status from submission to decision.
See assessment bills and ground rent due on your properties, and pay securely online from your wallet.
Initiate an ownership transfer or assignment and follow it through review, approval, and reissuance.
Request an official search or encumbrance report on a property before a sale, loan, or transaction closes.
Reach the ENGIS support desk directly from your dashboard for questions about your file or an application in progress.
ENGIS eliminates the risks of manual record-keeping by maintaining an up-to-date digital record of every land file in the state, properly documented and accessible through a secure platform.
Prospective buyers, investors, and developers can verify land ownership and authenticity through ENGIS before completing a transaction — preventing fraud and protecting genuine owners.
ENGIS operates in direct partnership with the Enugu State Government, so every application, payment, and title on the platform aligns with state regulatory policy.
